Join us Sunday at 10 AM for Flow, Salt + Cycles | A LowTox Workshop at Refillery. This intimate morning workshop brings together yoga, salt therapy, nutrition, cyclical living, seasonal simmer pots, and a private shopping experience to help you reset, reconnect, and restore balance.

Meet Your Hosts

Nightshae | Minot’s LowTox Wellness Studio (Shae Rodriguez)
Holistic Nutrition Practitioner + LowTox Advocate.
At this event: Shae will guide a LowTox Lifestyle & Nutrition Workshop and offer Dry Salt Halotherapy to support respiratory health, stress relief, and immune function.
Outside the event: Through Nightshae, she helps individuals and wellness spaces reduce toxins, balance nutrition, and integrate alternative therapies like red light and salt therapy into daily life. Her mission is rooted in transparency, accessibility, and restoring balance—one choice at a time.

Refillery
NonToxic Refill Shop.
At this event: Refillery will host the gathering in their clean space, designed to support conscious low-waste, non-toxic living.
Outside the event: They offer refillable home and body products sourced with the planet’s sustainability in mind—helping you reduce waste and make everyday choices that are better for your health and the earth.

A Wombyn’s Way (Jessica Howard)
Cyclical Living Guide + Traditional Birth Attendant in Training.
At this event: Jessica will lead a Cyclical Living Workshop, teaching participants how to reconnect with and honor the body’s natural rhythms.
Outside the event: She is expanding her expertise as a birth and postpartum support, focusing on physiologic, whole-body wellness and empowering women through education, coaching, and honoring the seasons of their cycles.

NoDak Wellness (Jessica DuPuis)
200-Hour Yoga Teacher.
At this event: Jessica will lead an energetic yoga flow designed to awaken the body, connect breath and movement, and ground participants for the workshop.
Outside the event: She shares powerful, energizing yoga practices that bring strength, balance, and vitality into daily life.
